Some times, a movie can create lot of interest on unknown things. The latest in this kind of unusual attention was drawn is 7th Sense or 7AM Arivu movie, released the Tamil movie dubbed in to Telugu also. The story line of the movie is based on a Buddhist monk, who had practiced martial arts, medicine along with Buddhism in China. According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bodhidharma), Bodhidharma was a Buddhist monk who lived during the 5th or 6th century and is traditionally credited as the leading patriarch and transmitter of dhyana or meditation to China. Bodhidharma was also credited with creater of Shaolin, the centre of martial arts.
Tamil Movie industry is always tries to do something innovative and there is immense competition to introduce new story lines and themes among producers. The recent buzz in the Tamil Industry is that, take a story line from ancient history and mix it with current context and create characters around that…results is super hit. The latest 7Aum Arivu or 7 am arivu is one among them.
However, 7 am has attracted many including superstar Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan. They both watched 7 Aum Arivu at two separate special screenings in Chennai and appreciated director Murugadoss and hero Suriya. The Tamil super stars Rajni and Kamal were highly impressed with the concept of Bodhidharma and appreciated Suriya for his wonderful effort. Kamal Haasan daughter Shruti Hassan is the heroine in this film.
Suriya’s brother Karthi was introduced in Aayirathil Oruvan — dubbed in to Telugu as Yuganiki Okkadu also based on the ancient history and was a super hit.
