Due to the reaction on the share price today regarding the ‘swine flu’ issue, please find below Thomas Cook’s current UK statement.
“Working with the FTO we are closely monitoring the situation but reports show that the tourist areas of Mexico are not affected by this outbreak. Normal booking conditions do apply but if customers are at all concerned we advise them to speak to their GP about vaccinations or symptoms. We are operating our Mexico programme as normal.”
